Subject: [CR]Gran Turismo rear der. mounted to Campy 1010a dropout?

I had finally figured out what to do with a mid level (at best), approx. 1970 Torpado road bike that I got from Matteo, some years ago. It is orange, with long Campy dropouts. My new scheme is to use a nice honkin' Gran Turismo rear, Gran Sport front, bar end shifters, weighty Campy steel three arm crank, and other appropriate items for the theme. Great. The problem is that the rear unit I have is pre-mounted to a black steel hanger, with the beautiful red-C'd bolt ... that has threading significantly smaller than the mounting hole in the dropout. I've looked at every single Campy bolt I have in all the misc derailleurs in my collection, and not one will serve as a substitute, due to the extra wide sleeve on the derailleur that the bolt must travel through and clear. Every bolt is simply too short. Now, I really had my heart set on seeing that red C on the completed bike. Is there a proper fitting red-C bolt available that threads into the dropout? Can I possibly just go ahead and mount the unit USING the black steel Campy hanger, even though the dropout has one too? I doubt this highly, as there would be no room for the hardware on the back side of the unit ... it would awkwardly push off the face of the dropout; true or false? I'm willing to let go of using the red-C bolt if no proper fitting one can be had, but what else then? If I have to omit the GT rear from the project completely, then I'm gonna scrap it, and go back to the drawing board. Any ideas? Any experience? Anyone got a red-C bolt that threads into a Campy dropout, for sale ... please? Thanks so much!!!
