spocalc for excel has a really nice calculator plus extensive rim & hub measurement database.. it's available for free downloadin here: http://www.damonrinard.com/spocalc.htm

it doesn't list the record du monde rim specifically, but the other super champion tubulars (medaille d'or, competition, arc-en-ciel) seem to be around 616mm erd.

alternatively, you can always take your own measurements.. two spokes threaded into nipples on opposite sides of the rim help to get an accurate diameter (measure from nipple to nipple and don't forget to add the total length of the nipple you are using x2)
