Subject: [CR]Trying to identify my vintage track frame

I purchased a track bicycle from someone recently who raced the frame on the velodrome in Houston. He did not know what the make of the frame was... A couple of shops could not tell me. I have posted pictures on flickr...

Has Brev. Campagnolo track drop-outs. Front fork may not be original. The crown does not match the lugs IMO. Also it is drilled for a front brake. The rear bridge on the frame is not drilled for a brake though. Rear spacing is 120.65mm. The hub and wheels are not original.

Serial on bottom bracket is 18414 as far as I can tell. I noticed on the head that under the paint there is an outline of the letters W and B. Not sure if that was an old sticker or a logo that came with the bike originally. There are also some letters KGF (or CGF?) on the bottom bracket portion of the frame. Someone told me the WB made them think of W B Hurlow. One of his frames is

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
