This Colnago frame is mine. It came from the south of France so I do not think it is a Ron Cooper... It is a very interesting frame and pics can be viewed at:

Its a great shame its missing its forks. Not shown in the pics is a small hole drilled in the bottom tang of the seat lug just like used in some of the early Colnago fork crowns.
