Hello Kurt,

I was told, and its been my experience that some Cinelli owners retrofitted the old 10mm bolt/nut/washer binder bolt to newer Cinellis. That is Cinellis that used the double allen head binder bolt. Problem was not every Cinelli owner tightened down both allen heads equally, so you'd get a slipping seatpost or a stripped threads. Cupertino Bike shop had a good supply of these guys at one time. All gone now.
