Yes I thought the same... a rare opportunity to observe the thought process of a modern framebuilding genius (get into Peter Weigle's gray matter as it were) and another indication that Harlan was operating on a much higher plane than either Tullio or Pino, a freakin' backwoods Leonardo da Vinci fur sure!
