26" (center to top) Witcomb frameset, from 1973. I got it cheap, and will let it go cheap. The good news is that it's a genuine 531 Witcomb frame from the 70s. The bad news is that it's in terrible shape. The paint is gone from the top and head tubes, but luckily it was chromed underneath. More significant, there's a big ding in the top tube near the seat tube, and both the top and down tube show signs of a long-ago front end crash, exhibiting some rippling. Comes with an old Stronglight headset of some flavor, in good shape. I built it up as a fixie and rode it that way last season, and it rode fine, but it's honestly just too big, and my initial thought that one day I'd repair the damage just seems like one of those projects that will never happen. I have no clue how big a deal it would be to repair... i would think you'd have to strip the chrome first. Either way, the size just makes the rest of it irrelevant for me. How about $25 plus shipping?
