I have had one on one my bikes for more than 25 years and 50K miles and it has never had a single problem. I even rode it through cold Canandian winters with both very cold temperatures and salt and other agents. I don't believe there is any titanium on it, it looks more like aluminum alloy bits. I quite like how it shifts too. I woud not have any qualms about using one on any bike.
Did you find a black one or a pink one?
