There is a photo of Jack Disney sprinting for the line in the 1962 Paramount Criterium Point Race in the long interview with Peter Rich in Bicycle Quarterly Vol. 4, No. 4, p. 19. Jack is riding a track bike, and you can see some of the identifying features of the frame (fork blades chrome-plated in lower 3rd, etc.). I can't say whether it's an Olmo or even your bike, but you might be able to get some clues from it.
