Subject: [CR]Washington Area Pre-Cirque Ride - UPDATE!

The weather forecast for this coming Saturday is calling for rain. If it does rain, the ride will be postponed until the following Saturday, May 19th. I will try and make a final determination about this Saturday's ride by Friday morning, and post a notice to the CR list and other cc'd addresses.

All other arrangements are the same. Summary is below.
