I think these have been discussed before here. I believe they were produced shortly before the C-Record retrofrictions. IIRC CR opinion was divided as to whether these were ever released for general sale, or if they were prototypes provided to sponsored teams and perhaps to select dealers/distributors.

I was under the impression that retrofriction came along with the C-Record set which would make them OT, however this setup is clearly Super Record.

Can anyone let me know some history here??
