Dustin, I cannot imagine that Campagnolo would have produced any items (even under contract) in Eastern Europe. But I imagine that they might have had sold items there for lower prices than they charged in the West. So perhaps they marked items so that they could not be easily imported pack to Western countries? I'm just guessing because it was a bit difficult to read exactly what you typed.
