I am steady. Everyone is entitled to a mistake, and Dr. Wilson may also be a good guy. The world does not, however, revolve around him just because he buys something on eBay. Threatening Negative Feedback before giving Matteo a fair chance to make things right is bullying behavior, in my opinion. I also applaud Paul Wilson for taking a log off the fire with his subsequent messages to the list.
