They don't appear to have open-C QR's, and if they were the "No Record" type Hilary would have made that clear. So, I don't get it either. Add to the not-so-rare status of these hubs the fact that they have fairly deep corrosion (you need to look closely at the rear), one of the oil clips is broken, and they appear to be 36/36, not 32/40. What gives? The wonders of Ebay!
