So my 1974 15-speed paramount (sold in 1976; bought used from original owner in 1980) came with the following mysterious features :

(a) It has campagnolo mid-reach 47-57 brakes, and top-tube cable guides. I presume these were an upgrade, but why aren't they long-reach ??

(b) It has very short chainstays, I had to deflate 27" x 1 1/8 wheels to get them out.

(c) It came with the factory-standard badly dished rear wheel that is something like 1/2" off center. Wanting to keep the bike "all original", I have not corrected this !!

(d) It has the fugly nut & bolt treatment at the seat post clamp.

----

The parts are all PAT 73 and the brake levers have round holes (not U's) for the cable pears. My toolkit says "P13-9". Do I have a P14.3-9 ?? (In other words, something partway between a P13-9 and a P15-9, closer to P15 than P13)?
