I am looking for a replacement Frejus downtube decal in the newer style (circa 1970). Here is a good photo of the decal I need. This is from Kevin Kruger's wool jersey gallery showing his near identical bike.

This entire graphic was an adhesive backed wrap-around piece (including the silver edge bands), all on a single transparent backing. My frameset may have been stored near excessive heat or sunlight for many years. This sticker had yellowed, cracked and separated from the burgundy painted band on my bike. Now all the fragments have been removed. I need only a replacement downtube decal - the other transfers are all perfect.
Appreciate any info.
