Harry

The Claud Butler I bought earlier this year had this sort of screw arrangement to hold the block chain together. Actually two (2) of them! A 49 inch bit plus a 3 inch bit. It was making a noticeably noise - and the chain was suspected. I replaced it with a different chain (actually a roller one) and the noise went away. It was a Coventry block chain.
