An interesting concept from Terrot, at one time a technologically innovative French company which had eventually sold rights to the bicycle marque to Peugeot in the 1960s. Also, read the text I posted in the "comments" section below the photo.
The bicycle shown is in the Collection of the Nationaal Fietsmuseum Velorama, Nijmegen, Holland, which had produced the original photo.
