Can anyone help ID this rear luggage rack? No idea of age or national origin. No markings. Unusual profile reminds me of a wading bird. See photos:

Solid chrome plated steel rods (7 mm diameter), welded construction. Support stays are riveted to the side bands which allows them to pivot for leveling. Easily fits a road bike frameset.

Weight = 905 grams (2 pounds)... Heavy! Width of platform: 120 mm (4.75 inches) Full length from rear to top bolt holes = 41 cm (16 inches) Support legs from pivot to bolt holes = 30 cm (11.75 inches) Maximum platform height from lower bolt holes = 35 cm (13.75 inches) Maximum total height from lower to upper mounting holes = 40 cm (15.75 inches) upper mounting holes = 6.7 mm Lower mounting holes = 5.7 mm
