Fred, "due leve" only refers to the Cambio Corsa. The Paris-Roubaix is referred to as the "una leve" (single lever).

From the Campagnolo Timeline: 1946 - The Cambio Corsa (translation: race changer) is the new name for sliding hub, dual seatstay rod operated, back pedal derailleur; later referred to in Italian as the "due leve" (translation: two lever) when the "una leve" (translation: single lever) race changer is introduced in 1949.
