Hey, y'all-

I ride all of my bikes; a couple of them get ridden very infrequently, though...this is mostly due to the high replacement cost of classic high-end tubulars (priced a set of 'Campionato del Mundo' Setas lately?).I guess the way I look at it, do what you like with it- it's your bike, after all. I do find it sad, though, when an old warrior gets put permanently out to pasture. ...I am looking for a few bits- long shot #1: a gold-ano Mafac cable anchor, ( or a pair) for my Mafac 2000 brakeset. long shot#2: rear O.M.A.S. hub, 36 hole. long shot #3: a set of Barelli Supreme pedals.....cash or trade; 'rider' quality is fine. I have 2 interesting bikes on e-bay right now- a c.'77 Geoff Butler lugless track bike (58cm), and an older-model, lugged steel Bianchi cyclocross bike, with mostly off-topic campy stuff (55cm, sloping top tube, measures out like a 57-58cm bike). Shipping discount to listers....look for seller name curmudgeon1957*. Also- my congrats to Jan, Joel (both of them), and all others who finished Paris-Brest-Paris...incroyable!!
