I concur with Kerrigan, it does look like an Italvega. My guess would be a Super Speciale or Super Record model and early/mid 1970s. I wonder (and see all the time regarding sizes) about "BIG" at 61 cm C-C. I am six feet tall and about average height I would guess for today's society. My Italvega is 61 cm C-C with a standover of 34 in. and is a good fit. I also have a Holdsworth which is 62 cm C-C and a SO of 35 in. and just a little tall but ok. I know that the racing group is maybe 5 ft 6 in and 150 lbs. but for the "average" population and rider 61 cm is not BIG. Just my 2c. Skip Magnuson Spokane, WA

Looks a lot like an early to mid-70's Italvega to me.
