....chatter about Keirin racing is "ok" because they might be riding lugged, steel frames? Don't get me wrong, I like all sorts of different types of racing, even if not captured in one of Aldo's quaint fotos. I am still confused, racing is racing, right? Has the CR "flame" been reduced to "lugs"? And any activity (possibly) with a lugged bike?
