I seem to recall that either Bicycling (when it still had content) or Bicycle Guide had an article about doing touch up paint work. The article was very well done, with illustrations of proper techniques for feathering the paint, and avoiding the "blob of nail polish look". Does anyone have a scan of this article (or something similar)?
