     I think that you're correct in that the basic lug is the same. But the lug on the true Herse frame is cleaned up and has had the bottom surface re-shaped. Also, the top of the chainstay is not as nicely done as on the Herse.
     As for the graphics... I didn't notice them. But it does make you wonder if it wasn't a deliberate attempt to produce a bike that resembled an Herse?
