So, exactly how is it "tweaked"? Bent tubes or just a little dent? I've jacked out a frame with a bent fork and tweaked top and down tubes at the head lugs with only some cracked paint left to show for it. However, this was a gaspipe Miele and better tubing may not be as malleable.
Would expertly fixing small dings with body filler be acceptable if it's invisible, so long as you keep it quiet so it doesn't start another Bondo dispute on the CR list?
