The rider of the 1913 Hirondelle was Audax UK member Drew Buck. To add to the flavour he carried a string of onions throughout the ride. In 2003 Drew became the first person to finish on a triplet as he was on the front and in 1999 he rode an original Pedersen that I guess is older even than the Hirondelle. Ray Green, Brighton, Sussex
