I think it is the Champion du Monde model, built using reynolds 531 Tand em tubing. FOLLIS is a very highly reputed builder and Mr Chollet, the owne r of the company, who is responsible for the construction of the tandems is a very skilled craftsman.
With the news that the FOLLIS company is to close down in the reas onably near future due to M. Chollet's retirement and no family to succeed him, Follis bikes and tandems will become very collectable.
The seller is in the Rhone_Alps region and is unwilling to send the mach ine, but it should not be too difficult to have it collected.
