Don asked: Archives suggest this Gion of Italy might be descended from Pellizoli of Ciooc. Anyone seen a top tube like this one before? What would be the point? Ebay #: 320200672168

It looks like a lo-profile time trial frame to me. Notice the shifter bosses on the top of the down tube. I bet it has a fork for a 24" front wheel. It's my size (and my style), but I have to sell some stuff before I can afford to buy more stuff (New Year's resolution #1).
