I am seeking an Italian thread steel Record headset and a set of 3TTT bars & stem for a 1973 ItalVega Super Speciale that I am returning to original spec. The stem is the smooth one with, IIRC, a semi triangular cross-section. Ideally, the stem will be 140mm with 46cm bars (o-t-o), but I can accept 135 and 44's (what can I say - I'm tall). It's a rider so these need to be in decent but not necessarily pristine shape.
