Hi Jerry,

I've had great luck using a MAPP gas torch to "warm" the inside of the right flange to break a stuck freewheel loose. I have it in the vice already waiting to turn, torch it on the flange close to the hune center for about 10 seconds and then twist away. The sudden expansion of the aluminum coupled with the heat seems to break the corrosion bond. I've never not had a freewheel come loose using this technique in 45 years of working on bikes.
