Flema was the framebuilder Fritz Fleck of Mannheim, (thats the MA in Flema) his steel bikes sometimes show up on german ebay. He was also a pioneer in Titan frames. I read something about him on the web some time ago, but do not recall where. As soon as I find it again I will let the list know.
