I was thinking the Gen 1 Competition from the late 60s, but no mention of chromed fancy lugs (they were Nervex) or Zeus cranks.

Sounds like you are looking at a Competition model, Norm. I have two from 1 972, both have different lugs but are black with Huret drop outs.
