The best bet for a "local" powder coater is the one from Hayward who has since moved to Livermore, IIRC.

I used to paint the REX frames but Air Art was a little cheaper and certainly closer to REX than my shop was. Proximity is an important consideration.

Air Art just does wet sprayed finishes, AFIK.

Please keep in mind that powder coated finishes are typically cheaper than wet sprayed but are also generally less appropriate in appearance for classic frames.
