In my travels through the www ether today I came across this image on Flickr of one of Norris' creations "in action" as it were - in the classic Three Peaks Cyclo Cross.

Year is 1996 - but in my defence this is clearly a "KOF" posting.

Rider Dave Haygarth (who is still riding the peaks to this day and one of its staunchest supporters) - Dig the groovy hairnet...

Location appears to be the lower reaches of Pen-y-Ghent, last climb of the race?- which would place it no more than 8 miles from where the frame was created?

Norris - as a keen 'crosser (and owner of two Alans [on-topic] and 1 x Raleigh 853?[off topic]?'cross frames)?did you actually make many 'Cross rigs?
