The logo on those riveted steel double chainrings is a graphic of a bicycle composed from the word CYCLO. Your chainrings were made by the French Cyclo company.
The black tip on the front derailleur lever is likely not original. The original would have been a pressed-on white plastic tip, which probably cracked off some years ago.

I don't know the make of the chainrings - they have a small logo in the shape of a bike, which is just visible in one of the photos.
