I purchased the frame, headset, BB, and shifters through eBay from a friend of a list member from NY City. I'm not 100% sure, I believe this is the bike's original paint, although some disagree. Most of the parts are stuff I had laying around the garage. I was influenced by the beautiful Colnagos and a Confente from this years Velo Rendezvous to try some "dirillum". This was my first attempt and I like the results, although the color used to highlight the cutouts could be considered somewhat overwhelming. I have a set of 3T bars and stem that some may consider more appropriate for this era Colnago, but I'm not sure I'll change out the Cinelli. I love the deep drop of these CdM bars!
Does anyone have a nice Colnago seatpost they would like to sell!?
