[CR]FS: Fuji "The Finest" frameset

I believe this is a 1974 version of "The Finest". Lightweight double-butted CrMo. Sugino BB, unknown steel headset, Yuko Forging dropouts, nice lugs, no braze-ons.

Good news: Frame is in fine shape, no dents or dings and is *fully chromed* beneath the paint and decals.

Bad news: Paint and decals are in rough shape (I have not attempted to clean-up) and chipped, particularly around lugs and clamp-on locations. Some discoloration on TT from steel clamp-on cable guides.
