Re. Wayne's comment on not holding out much hope for finding older parts in Denmark - this is wise advise.

I lived in Denmark 1996/1997 and spent many pleasurable hours searching every bike shop I could find and came up almost 100% empty handed. In the time we lived there, we spent every weekend visiting a new town or two and as a result, found hundreds of small shops full of character, nice owners/employees but little in the way of vintage goodies. Denmark is a very small country and the people are quite proud to be current with the latest fashions, trends and technology. That said, they have little use for items that are no longer in fashion or state of art and therefore have/had a tendency to rid themselves of old to clear way for new. I searched high and low for a late 1970's or early 80's Schroeder and am still looking. So, have fun visiting as many shops as you can, most are still older family run ones which make them quite pleasant to visit, enjoy the scenery, great breads & pastry and potato's - all of which are among the best in Europe.
