Subject: [CR]SR Brake lever blade black washer simple questions

After buying new SR Brake lever blades (thanks Steve Maasland) -Do those Campy SR black washers (the ones shaped like a hat) go inside or outside the pivot hole in the lever blade? I put them outside- thought I remembered right but... While the right one fit in after some doing and forcing, I bent one of the two black washers for the left lever blade. Then it ocuured to me that maybe I remembered and maybe they should be inside the hole on the blade, which would make it easier to insert the lever blade. Now I gotta find another washer.

Are these the same washers as NR if I happen to find someone with those?

Also should those washers be lubed where they go in the hole of the brake lever blade pivot hole?
