Ahoy !

Bear with me, please, as I may be coining some words because I do not know the correct terminology.

For the 500 and 605 caliper sets I have, regarding which side of the caliper the cable attaches, the 500 facilitates "English" configuration (front brake by left hand; rear brake by right hand) whereas the 605 facilitates "Continental" (front brake by right hand; rear brake by left hand).

Is that the only way the 500 and 605 were produced or, were they also produced in the converse 500 Continental config. and 605 English config ?

Thanks.
