I'll offer my two cents. Although the frame in question has many similarities to the Dinucci Strawberry frame I used to race with, I agree with Brian that it is not as refined as I remember. The rear dropouts and seat cluster are very similar to my Dinucci, but the lug thinning is not nearly as elegant. If you look closely, the lugs on the frame in question are rounded to a thin edge, but as I recall the lugs on my Dinucci were flatter and more evenly thinned. On the frame in question, it appears that the builder spend some time thinning the edges of the lugs, but not much time on the body of the lugs, hence the rounded effect. It certainly is a nice frame, but to my eyes, it lacks the perfection of the few Dinucci frames I have seen.
