There's a really good range of frames this week - Italian, French and British as well as some nice parts. The Chesini Innovation frame design was talked bout on CR several weeks ago and this frame is NOS. The Contini is another interesting KOF frame with fluted top and down tubes and curved seatstays ... whilst the Peugeot PY10 with its brazed on Mafac brakes and made from 531SL is a rare bird indeed... Then there's the Hetchins Swallow - one of the prettier Hetchins lug designs in my opinion and not very common at all. The Gillott whist it needs restoration is an excellent example of the quality Gillott consistently turned out. Which also applies to the George Longstaff road frame built with a mix of lugged and fillet brazed construction. Amongst the smaller items several stand out - the Mafac 2000 brakes are in superb lightly used condition as are the Campy large flange 28H Record hubs. The early style Stronglight 99 chainset with British pedal threads is really rather rare and in excellent lightly used condition too. 26 x 1 1/4in rims are not especially easy to find so the Wewinmann 32/40H pair are really rather useful. But of the parts the Sturmey ASC hub stands head and shouders above the rest - its 36H so can be used with modern rims easily and has been built by me from virtually all new parts including the shell and all the innards... There's a couple of excellent Brooks Pro saddles too. And for thoose interested in British road race history Ride and Be Dammed is totally essential reading as well has being a beautifully designed book with lots of great illustrations.
