> NYC -- if anyone reading is unsure where that is, > then just email me, and I'll be happy to help you out Charles, What's this, you won't even tell us which borough? Here's the point: this list has members from all over the world, and - in fact - the abbreviation NYC might not be universally understood. Suppose someone, residing in a southern English town - Romsey, for example - signs off with "Hants, UK". I doubt that would be meaningful to many people, although it might be reasonably clear to a list member from Hampshire. It's only meaningful to me because I've done cycle-touring in that region. Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia, USA (Formerly from town of Bayside, Borough of Queens, City of New York, State of New York, USA. But Charles, no one is asking you to go to such an extreme.)
