Hi Ben, No expert here to be sure, but I've been looking at early Guerciotti features for a little while now. The long point lower head lug looks late 70s Guerciotti to me, but not a lot else does. I have a Romani built pista bike that I acquired from Maasland, that is built with Reynolds 531, and it also takes a 26.4mm post. http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/fujifish1/MarksVintage/PiemmePista/ (Click twice, for three times as nice ... all for the same price). :) The lug windows on both bikes look somewhat similar, but as we've heard before, I'm sure they were "store bought", as is often said in the city of Detroit about one's false teeth ... as in, they came form the lug manufacturer with those windows. Your rear drops do NOT look Guerciotti to me, and I don't think I've ever seen one with fender eyelets, anyway. Not sure about the sloping fork crown either. My final guess? Not it.

Hello all,

I have had someone question weather or not my Guerciotti frame on ebay is actually a Guerciotti. Could the Guerciotti experts out there please take a look at my listing and weigh in with their two cents. Item # 270220772043
