The rounded seatstay caps say pre-war.The headlug type and of course serial number would be definitive as per Tam Phams definitive Paramount registry. Art Link,San Antonio,Texas,USA

Last night I used the ongoing discussion regarding the value of certain pogliaghis to direct your attention to a link leading to a album containing pictures of a Junior's Track Pogliaghi & a late 30'-40's Paramount track bike. The intro to the Link is nonsensical, to my knowledge there is no connection between Pogliaghi and Schwinn/ Wastyns. The reference of Grandfather was just to represent the difference in age between the pog and paramount, and "second cousin twice remove" represented the geographical distance between Italy and the USA. Then I have, ( "t n j" and thats not Tijuana ).. Ted Ernst and John Waner (note, Ted had nothing to do with the post), the paramount belongs to Ted Ernst and the pog is mine thanks to Ted. Sometimes Tijuana Mexico is referred to as "TJ" .

The purpose of the post was to get some discussion on the possible placement of this bike, is it pre war or post war? Of course I am talking about the Paramount. If anyone has some ideas or questions please share them with the group or with Ted Ernst, the paramount is his. Just incase you missed the link the first time, here is another to a more appropriate spot in the album:
