E-bay has already removed the auction to sav their precious "reputation". It was for 10 e-mails documenting the fraud and e-bays lack of action despite Paypal having been used. Starting price was $0.01 and no reserve. The seller further goes on in his descriptive text to encourage people to look for his stuff on Craig list and to shun The Bay. Art Link,San Antonio,Texas,USA

I can't get eBay to recognize that auction number, in current or recently completed auctions.

Can you be more specific?

I'm glad this seller is getting the word out. Hopefully a lot of people will see it before eBay & PayPal shut down his listing.

This guy learned the hard way about being a seller on eBay. As a seller, I do wait until the buyer leaves feedback first because the transaction is far from over once the buyer has "paid". Stuff like this can happen and/or the buyer will make unreasonable demands & threaten bad feedback if you, as the seller, don't give in to some kooky whim after he receives your product. It doesn't happen often, but I've seen it occur more than once.

On the flipside, I'm quick to leave feedback first when I buy something & receive it as advertsed.
