Subject: [CR]Pinarello serial number registry

Hello, I have searched the archives and not been able to find any info on 1970s Pinarello serial numbers. Maybe someone can assist me with identifying mine. Mine is F154. Any idea what year that is from? It has the shorter Campy rear dropouts, which I think places it no earlier than around 1978, if I am correct. It looks like the blue on on eBay right now (#110239374118). The difference is that the BB shell on mine does not have the raised "Treviso - Italy" lettering molded into the bottom bracket shell. Mine has the 2 long rounded slots but the no flat raised name area. Mine just has the word "Pinarello" stamped into the BB shell between the two long slots under. The front derailleur is clamp around the tube type and the front DT shifters are not clamp on. They are bolt on like the one in the ebay auction. Also the rear derailleur cable braze on is under the right chain stay. Top tube has brazed on cable holders.
