[CR]Hi-E Pedals

Anyone know the seller of these Hi-E pedals?

I was second high bidder and bought another pair on a Second Chance. I bid on two different Hi-E takeoffs on toeclips to go with these. Now I've received Second Chances on both. All the Second Chances have come through My Messages on My eBay, which usually means they are legit. Of course another thought is there could be shill bidding going on.

But the seller has almost 1200 feedbacks, 99.8% positive. He is in Newton Center, MA, which I think may be where Harris Cyclery is, but only a small part of his offerings is bicycle related.

Anyone familiar with him?
