Greetings gang, A local NYC cyclist and buddy of mine, Scott Gordon, is organizing a ride h ere in Brooklyn this Sunday in honor of "The Hell of the North". To sum up, it's to be a roughly 30 mile ride through Brooklyn...covering so me of Brooklyn's old cobble-stone streets to honor The Queen of the Classic s. The ride will finish at local shop "Affinity Cycles" which happens to have couches, a projector and a CyclingTV.com account (delivering a live feed of Paris-Roubaix). There will be some on-topic steel of the road and fixed-gear variety. Forecast calls for rain...So expect muddy faces, wet stinky wool and skinne d knees...Just like the real thing!
